TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in the BARID online shop at shop.baridbastards.ch. Our online shop is intended for private customers only.

2. Seller

Your contract is with BARID, run by the private individuals Nikita Blaser and Samir Loosli, c/o Nikita Blaser, Fliederweg 24, 3075 Rüfenacht, Switzerland. Email: info@baridbastards.ch.

3. Orders and Contract

The products shown in our shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By completing checkout, you make a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

We may cancel an order in the case of an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or if an item is no longer available despite your order. In that case, any payment already made will be refunded in full.

4. Products

We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. All our hoodies and sweaters are hand screen printed, so small variations in the print are possible and part of each piece. These are not defects. If you're unsure about sizing, just email us and we'll help.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). As we are not registered for VAT, no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order. Payment is due when you place your order and can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, TWINT).

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery times and shipping costs are listed on our Shipping page. The risk of loss or damage passes to you as soon as we hand your order over to Swiss Post. Large letters are sent without tracking.

7. Returns and Exchanges

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. To start a return, email us first.

This return policy is offered voluntarily. Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

8. Defects and Warranty

Please check your order when it arrives. Visible defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Hidden defects that only show up later must be reported as soon as you notice them, and no later than 2 years after delivery.

If a product has a defect that isn't caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or care, email us with a description and photos of the defect. Once we've confirmed the defect, we'll refund you to your original payment method. If you prefer, we can also offer a replacement, where available, or a store credit instead. We cover the return shipping for defective items. Your statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations remain unaffected.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed in our online shop. They can't be exchanged for cash and lost gift cards can't be replaced. Any unused balance remains on the gift card.

10. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the law for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland. As a private customer, you may also bring a claim at your place of residence.

13. Final Provisions

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these terms at any time. The version valid at the time of your order applies.
